Torrequebrada Golf
This gorgeous, gently undulating 18-hole golf course designed by José Gancedo was inaugurated in 1976 in a marvellous setting between sea and mountains. It certainly creates a magical sensation as you play surrounded by gorgeous nature, complete with lakes and a wide variety of plant and tree types. A long-time host of major competitions, Torrequebrada is also a popular members’ club full of life.
Bil Bil Golf
This fun 18-hole pitch and putt course belongs to another highly sociable club with great leisure facilities, not to mention a lively calendar of amateur tournaments. The views are more than inspiring and the course well-kept and engaging.
It is the preferred course of many residents in the neighbouring area and completes the courses in the immediate vicinity of Higuerón West, but venture just a little further and you come to the famed Mijas Golf Valley or Málaga’s Parador de Golf – bringing a wide range of the sport’s experiences within a 15-minute range of your Higuerón West home.
