Jacaranda Valley at HW217

Those who are familiar with Higuerón West know how much importance we place on landscaping and creating a beautiful, green living environment around our architecturally styled properties that is in harmony with nature.

No project in this region puts as much thought into the design not only of communal gardens within the different urbanisations, but also across HW217 as such. This includes an integration of paths, roads and bike lane design, as well as the planted areas, and in this we pay attention to everything from proportions, dimensions and orientation to materials, lighting and of course which plants and trees to use.

In other words, the latter are not just planted randomly, but specifically chosen to add visual beauty, natural shade, fragrance and also add value to the overall living experience through their form, texture and colour.

Ready in time for spring

A fine example of this is the Jacaranda valley, which adds a gorgeous violet-blue tone to the greenery and architectural styling of HW217, and leading architect Rui Costa, our ‘Guardian of the Concept’, will be ensuring that everything is designed and executed within the overall philosophy of this unique project.

“The Jacaranda is a signature tree at Higuerón West, where it links its two valleys and allows for a natural transition from the cork oak groves to the residential corridor,” says Rui Costa. “This produces another visual spectacle and sensory route immersed in the unique purple flowers and scent produced by the Jacaranda, further heightened by their juxtaposition upon a raised field of white gravel.”

It is this natural splendour and unequalled attention to detail that creates a unique ambience within Higueron West and sets it apart as a true lifestyle environment.
